At Guidance to Quran, our clients’ satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to managing all expectations as per demand. Additionally, it is our duty to keep our customers informed of any changes we make regarding fee refunds or any other terms and conditions.

Refund Procedure

Trial Classes

We offer trial classes to students free of charge. After completing the trial lessons, students will be charged a monthly fee.

Monthly Fees

If you decide to continue classes with us, you will be required to pay the monthly fee in advance. Payments should be made by the last week of each month for the upcoming month. If the fee is not paid by the deadline, classes may be paused.

Refunds Due to Class Cancellations

If we encounter any issues on our end that prevent classes from taking place, we will refund the fee to the student.

Non-Refundable Fees

If a student attends classes for approximately 15 days and then requests a refund, we will not issue a refund.

Class Termination by the Student

Students have the right to end or cease their classes at any time. However, if a student ceases classes, parents are required to pay 50% of the fee.

Late Payments

If a payment is more than seven days late, we reserve the right to cease student classes. Parents are advised to ensure timely payments to prevent disruptions in the learning process.

Unnotified Absences

If a student does not attend classes for more than two weeks without notifying us, we have the right to discontinue the classes. No refund will be given in such cases as per our refund policy.
